When am I billed?

We bill you in advance, monthly or yearly (depending on the plan). You’re only billed when a customer makes a successful purchase. You can pay by Visa, Mastercard, or American Express.

Are there any transaction fees?

No, just the flat monthly or yearly fee. Your payment gateway, however, might charge a transaction fee each time you receive a payment.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, absolutely. Your order can be upgraded or cancelled at any time, and it’ll be effective from the following month or year (based on your chosen plan). Simply navigate to your Account Dashboard to make any changes.

Can I pay in my local currency instead of EUR?

At the moment, we only accept EUR. You can pay your monthly or yearly charge in other currencies, though it will be converted at the point of sale at the EU Central Bank exchange rate.
